About the Role :
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands the dynamics of brand communication across platforms and can manage day-to-day social media activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content management, community growth, and SEO, ensuring both engagement and visibility for our clients.
Responsibilities :
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
Create social media calendars and coordinate with the design and content team for creatives
Manage community engagement – respond to comments, DMs, and build online relationships
Monitor analytics and provide insights for growth in followers, engagement, and reach
Run basic paid campaign setups and assist the performance team in execution
Work with SEO team to implement on-page and off-page strategies
Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance brand visibility
Assist in preparing reports for client presentations
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience managing brand social media accounts (agency experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimisation, backlinks)
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across multiple brands
Good to Have :
Knowledge of running small-scale ad campaigns on Meta or LinkedIn
Experience with content writing and blogging
Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends
