Role Overview
We’re looking for a Client Servicing / Social Media Executive who can manage day-to-day client communication, coordinate internal execution, and ensure smooth and timely delivery of social media plans.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Take client briefs, clarify requirements, and convert them into clear internal tasks
Coordinate with design, video, and content teams to ensure timely delivery
Share content calendars for approvals, track feedback, and manage revisions
Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports with performance insights and next steps
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Use AI tools to speed up planning, meeting notes, content/calendar drafts, and reporting summaries (with accuracy and quality checks before client sharing)
Must-Have Skills
2–3+ years of agency experience in client servicing or social media management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and workflows
Excellent follow-up, coordination, and project management skills
Good-to-Have
Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta / Google)
Working knowledge of Canva
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
